Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay a deposit to book my show?
•No deposits are needed! Payment is accepted at the end of the show! Tips are encouraged for your handler!

​Do I need to have the event participants sign a waiver? 
•No, we do not require show participants to sign waivers. By booking your event with us you are agreeing to all disclaimers, travel fees, terms & conditions. 

What type of payment methods do you accept? 
•We currently accept cash, card, check, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS. If paying by check please make it out to Radical Reptile Fun. Tips are encouraged for your handler!

Do you have insurance or a finger print clearance card?
•Yes! We are insured and can provide a COI upon request. We do need the name of the organization and address you want us to put the COI under. We also can provide our finger print clearance card numbers if needed. 

Can I pick the animals that are coming to my event? 
•Although we would love to bring each animal you are wanting to see, the answer is no. We have over 100 different animals and they are all on different eating, breeding, and shedding cycles. Just like humans, animals have on and off days also.

​•We will take requests, but we do not guarantee an animal will be at the show.

What type of animals do you bring to my show? 
•Reptiles! We have over 100 different animals, so we never confirm a specific animal for an event. Generally speaking though, for a 30 minute show we will have 5 animals: 2 snakes, 2 lizards, and a tortoise. For the hour long shows we will have 8 animals: 3-4 snakes, 3-4 lizards, and a tortoise. If you have booked a Lizard Lover show or a Snake Show your animals will be all lizards and a tortoise or all snakes. Depending on audience size we may decrease the amount of animals we present specifically for large audience shows.

What do you mean by "Time of Show"? 
•Time of show is when we will start our show. If you plan to have your event from 12pm-4pm and would like us to be there for an hour party, 1pm-2pm, please put 1pm-2pm for your show time. We will arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up for the show. Please make sure you are allowing time for your participants to arrive. We have multiple bookings each day so we will start the show at the time you have provided us.

When does the handler of my event arrive? 
•Our handler will arrive anywhere from 5-10 minutes before the event time to set the show up. If participants are running late, as we normally have multiple bookings during a day, our handler may start the show before everyone arrives so we please ask you to consider this before confirming your time. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE CONTACT PERSON AND PHONE NUMBER ARE TURNED ON THE DAY OF YOUR SHOW! Accidents and bad GPS does happen and our handler will call the contact person and phone number if there is any delay at all while getting to your show.

How many favors are included in my party package? What if other kids come without me knowing? 
•Our Party Package and Deluxe Package both include 10 party favors for your guests. We do have the option to add additional party favors if they are needed (please see the Add On pricing on the Reptile Birthday Parties & Events Page). We know sometimes a guests younger sibling gets dropped off with them when attending radical shows like ours. In the event that unaccounted for guests come, we tend to bring a few extra party favors with us that can be purchased at the time of the show. Please keep this in mind as the price will be updated if additional favors are needed the day of your event. 

How are the animals transported? Do I need to set anything up for you?
•Our animals are transported in rubber tubs and snake bags. Please leave a spot open for our handlers to park either in the driveway or street close to the house. All we need to set up is an area that is large enough for the tubs to be set down and for show participants to sit around us. We will need room to be able to walk comfortably while we do our show and share our animals. If you would like to set up a table we are always more than happy to use one, but it is not needed (**This is excluding our table events**).

Do you bring anything other than reptiles? Do you have birds, mammals, or insects?
•At this time we only bring reptiles to our mobile exotic education shows. If requested we do have some insects: meal worms, horn worms, and a variety of cockroaches that we can bring to your show in replacement of another animal. We do not have birds, mammals, fish, amphibians, or arachnids available for our mobile shows. If you would like to see our birds, mammals, and other animals you can now book a private tour or host a party at our ranch!

​I am not sure if I should do the 8 animal show or 5 animal show?
•We Strongly recommend for kids under the age of 7 of only doing the 5 animal show which last about 30-45 minutes. For kids 7 and older it is recommended to do the 8 animal show which last 45 minutes to an hour. However, please see what your child wants. Sometimes kids of all ages are happy with just a the 5 animals which tend to be our main reptile stars.

Do you offer discounts?
•Yes! You can get $10 off your next mobile show by liking us on either Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Youtube. Just mention under questions or concerns where you follow us at! We also do accept business trade as well! We do not accept trades for photography, or social media influencing, or reviews. Please inquire what you would like to trade and we will see if we can make it happen. We can always use electrical service, plumbing services, welding, house cleaning ect.
