TRAVEL FEES
All travel fees are calculated as a round trip from our primary location in San Tan Valley, Arizona 85140. Travel fees are charged for significant travel and will be added to the total of your show and confirmed with you during booking.
•0-50 miles, round trip, from our primary location: no travel charge
•50-100 miles, round trip, from our primary location: $25 travel fee
•100-200 miles, round trip, from our primary location: $50 travel fee
•200+ miles, round trip, please inquire.

DISCLAIMERS
•Arizona state sales tax to be added to final price when confirming booking.
•If it is below 75 degrees or above 90 Degrees outside, we ask that the show must be done indoors! *Minor exceptions to the above rule can be discussed during booking and can be made the day of the show. Please inform us if your show is outdoors at the time of booking*
•Depending on the shedding, breeding, and feeding cycles there may be a change in the lineup of animals for the event. All animals are subject to change without notice.
•Please be advised animals may use the restroom during your show. We have paper towels and sanitizer available for clean up.
•Please make sure if parking is an issue that you leave an area near the door for our handlers to be able to move the animals to and from the show easily.
•Shipping for items for virtual shows is included in the show price for U.S residents only. For international shows or if any additional favors or add-ons are included there may be an additional shipping fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
•Due to high volume of requests, once we attempt to confirm the time & date you requested, you have 48 hours to respond with the confirmation before the slot is offered to the next person.
•We do accept Business Trade for Reptile shows!!!! Let us know if you have a business and we will see if we can work something out with business trade! *We currently do not accept advertising or photography for business trade.*
Shows can be paid Cash, Check, PayPal, Venmo, Debit or Credit Card. Tips are encouraged for your handler. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS.
•By booking and confirming your show you are taking liability for all individual persons at your event and Radical Reptile Fun will not be held liable for any slips, trips, injuries, illnesses, and/or any other accidents or incidents of any other kind.
•Anything shared with Radical Reptile Fun [including, but not limited to: images, videos, testimonials, etc.] via any type of communication [included, but not limited to: social media, physical media, word of mouth, etc.] Radical Reptile Fun has the right to use any and all for promotional use.
